Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns are only allowed for online purchases
Returns and exchanges are not allowed for the following products : SALE/discounted items
If you are not satisfied with product(s) that you have ordered or the product(s) was received damaged, we are pleased to offer a return and exchange policy*;

  • Bags product : Exchange is up to 14 days after date purchase. Depends on your Kanmo Circle tier
  • Ready to wear & footwear product : Exchange is up to 7 days after date purchase. Valid for all Kanmo Circle tier
  • Product(s) is still in the original packaging and unused
  • Proof of delivery note / invoice is required

Terms of returns and exchanges do not affect your rights if the product(s) is faulty or does not match the image / description.
PT Kanmo Retailindo have a right to determine the final decision of returns and exchanges.

How to Return & Exchange

Exchange to Coach nearest stores

You can go to Coach stores directly to do exchanges, please do not forget to bring your proof of delivery note / invoice.

Refund Policy

Refund to Store Credit

This policy applies if your web order is fully cancelled due to product does not pass the quality control or cannot be fulfilled by any of our store or warehouse. Refund will be made right after your order is cancelled by adding 'store credit' to your account. The store credit amount will have the same value as what you have paid. Store credit is valid for 6 months and can be used for your next online purchase.

Refund to Bank Transfer/E-voucher

This policy applies if your order is cancelled partially due to product does not pass the quality control or cannot be fulfilled by any of our store or warehouse. Refund will be made through bank transfer or e-voucher within 10 working days and you will be contacted by our Customer Service for further details.

Coach Indonesia Warranty Service

Enjoy a one-year warranty service for product(s)* purchased at Coach Indonesia. This warranty service includes part replacement, service/repair or product replacement if the product does not function as described properly due to being faulty product because of production error.
PT Kanmo Retailindo have a right to determine the final decision of warranty service.

Bags warranty Service Policy

  • 12 months warranty service from purchased date
  • Applicable for Hardware & Quality related leather/ fabric issues
  • Warranty is void if it is caused by customer negligence or wear and tear
  • Estimated process warranty service is up to 14 working days after we received product from you

Watches warranty service policy

  • 2 years warranty service from purchase date for the machine faulty, exclude straps
  • 1 year warranty service from purchase date for the battery life
  • Wear and tear problem won’t be covered by warranty (due to one’s usage - glass chipped or cracked, leather strap worn out, scratches or dents on case, etc)
  • Repair warranty only applies 1 year after repair
  • Customer can go directly to the nearest store for the repair

How to Claim Warranty Service

  • Ensure your product is within the warranty period, please provide us with your proof of purchase
  • Go to our nearest store to claim the warranty service
