Rules & Restriction

We hope you enjoy your Coach purchase. If you are not satisfied with the products that you have ordered, products were received damaged, or if you simply change your mind, we are pleased to offer a return and exchange policy as below:

  • In-store purchases: Kanmo Circle members of any tiers can exchange maximum 30 days after date of purchase, non-members can exchange maximum 7 days after date of purchase.
  • Online purchases: Kanmo Circle members of any tiers can exchange maximum 30 days after date of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in good condition. All original packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of delivery note / invoice is required.
  • Return/exchange during sales, clearance or other promotional period is only eligible for online purchases.
  • Return/exchange applicable for 1 (one) time only.

Non-exchanged & returned items include:

  • Pierced Jewelry or Fine Jewelry.
  • Intimates and/or liquid products where the hygiene seal or cellophane wrapper has been broken or removed
  • Pre-order/customized items.
  • Sale items discounted by more than 30%.

Returns are only allowed for online purchases. Terms of returns and exchanges do not affect your rights if the products are faulty or do not match the image / description.

PT Kanmo Retailindo has a right to determine the final decision of returns and exchanges.

How to Return & Exchange

  1. Return to Coach nearest stores

    You can go to Coach stores directly to do exchanges, please do not forget to bring your proof of delivery note / invoice.

  2. Return by delivery

    You can also return the product by sending it through a courier. Please contact our customer service if you wish to do so. Our customer service team will arrange the pickup for you.

    When requesting a return through delivery courier, please attach your proof of delivery note / invoice and photo & video of the product you wish to return.

Refund Policy

If your web order is canceled due to the products are faulty, defective, or out of stock, you can expect a refund through bank transfer up to 14 business days after your order is canceled. The refund amount will match the purchase price. You will be contacted by our customer service for more details.

Otherwise, refund to store credit applies when you wish to exchange your product. Refund will be made right after your order is canceled by adding 'store credit' to your account. The store credit amount will be the same value as what you have paid and can be used for your next online purchase at id.coach.com.

Your Kanmo Circle points will be reversed back into your account if you’ve spent it on your canceled order.

Warranty Service

Enjoy a one-year warranty service for product(s)* purchased at Coach Indonesia. This warranty service includes part replacement, service/repair or product replacement if the product does not function as described properly due to being faulty product because of production error.

PT Kanmo Retailindo have a right to determine the final decision of warranty service.

Bags warranty Service Policy
  • 12 months warranty service from purchased date
  • Applicable for hardware & quality related leather/ fabric issues
  • Warranty is void if it is caused by customer negligence or wear and tear
  • The estimated process of warranty service is up to 14 working days after we received product from you
Watches warranty service policy
  • 2 years warranty service from purchase date for the machine faulty, exclude straps
  • 1 year warranty service from purchase date for the battery life
  • Wear and tear problem won’t be covered by warranty (due to one’s usage - glass chipped or cracked, leather strap worn out, scratches or dents on case, etc)
  • Repair warranty only applies 1 year after repair
  • Customer can go directly to the nearest store for the repair
How to Claim Warranty Service
  • Ensure your product is within the warranty period, please provide us with your proof of purchase
  • Go to our nearest store to claim the warranty service
